Policies & Procedures

    • Drop service menus are delivered. All plates, flatware, and cups are high-quality disposable products. There is no service provided

    • Serving Utensils [Optional)- Serving tongs, ladles, and serving spoons - $20 for up to 50 people; $25 for 50-100 people; $35 for over 100 guests.

    • This is a non-refundable fee. They are yours to keep.

    • ​Delivery fee is $35 within the City of Spokane and City of Spokane Valley city limits.

    • Additional charges may apply for delivery outside these boundaries.

  • Limited service is the same as above, except that the service and culinary staff will stay and set up, service the meal, and clean up. Ask your salesperson for pricing. Includes stainless chafing dishes and real utensils.

    • Minimums for each item are listed in the menu. 

    • The minimum order for a catered service is $500 in food and beverages.

    • All prices are subject to change.

    • All charges are subject to 19% service charge and sales tax,

  • We need to receive a guaranteed number of attendees and a confirmation of food and beverages amount 3 days prior to the event.

    • That number can be increased until 1 day prior to the event but not decreased

    • If no guarantee is received, the estimated number of attendees or the present order of food and services will become the guarantee.

    • Bar labor is a minimum 4 hours at $30 per hour per bar.

    • There is no bar set up fee.

    • Once a deposit is received for a date, that date is set aside, and the deposit is nonrefundable.

    • Rescheduling depends on the case and the timing; talk to your salesperson for more information.

  • This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to and Red Rock Catering & Events ("Company" or “We”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company and we include:
